PROS
A premium high-gloss finish option.
Resistant to water damage compare to melamine.
CONS
Some color disparity might occur while replacing kitchen after a couple of years, especially white color may turn yellowish under excessive heat of light.
Acrylic finish is relatively more prone to scratches and dent in comparison to melamine surfaces so need careful handling.
